My most favorite meal ever! Ribs cooked slow with homemade BBQ sauce. Sticky rice with mushrooms; steamed carrots and cauliflower. Warm chocolate chip cookies coming out of the oven now. I love being married to a guy who loves to cook!

Dana you need to convince Chris to bring some of those chocolate chip cookies for the mods lounge on the first floor.

Our Rifle season opens TMW (11/15).. When I do roasts like that I stuff it with fresh garlic then I use just Lawrys seasoning salt, Lawry's garlic salt, fresh cracked peppercorn, onion salt and a small amount of brown sugar and just roll it into that. Then as it cooks I add onions. That one I let cook the first round about 8 hours at 350, Then yesterday I cooked it down for BBQ's for another 6 hours at 300. Don't even have to pull the meat apart it just falls apart as you pick it up and move it to the crock pot... Then I add BBQ sauce, A1, honey, brown sugar, and more fresh garlic... If I make them for me and the guys I add fresh Jalapenos but the girlfriend is eating these so I just add fresh jalapenos to mine.... I unfortunately am going to miss the opener this year (First time since I was 14 which was 15 years ago.) but I will be out hard at it next week probably all week..
I gave up on deer hunting. Not for me. I'm more of a thrill/fun hunter. Cant wait fot deer to end so I can go back to hunting coyotes with a rifle not a boring shotgun;-) small game and coyote. Thats fun!
