    Hello from Mtl

Hey everyone, just bought a S3 and switched over from iPhone 4s. So much more freedom with this phone. Main reason for switching is ability to block junk sms messages on the phone (can't be done on iOS).

Trying to figure out how to keep the wifi hotspot alive for more than 10 minutes... Hope to find an answer here

Welcome over! You'll find there's a lot you can do on this side of the walled garden you can't do over there.

As for the hotspot issue, I don't have one -- but I use FoxFi since I don't have a tethering plan.

Welcome to the site! Not sure why you're having trouble with Wi-Fi. I also use FoxFi and have no problems. In fact, since we recently got 4G it's amazingly fast!
