Mine has seams at all 4 corners. Nothing on the sides.
I bought the S3 in white a couple of months ago. Have had nothing but problems and several issues with it. When on the line I can hear the other side but they cannot hear me. I spent several hours with Verizon trying to correct but nothing worked. They asked me to do a hard reset, still didn't work. Finally the phone froze. When trying to swipe to get to the main screen nothing happens. What is worse is the phone rings but I cannot answer it. As for build quality that's another matter. The bezel is very poorly made it dented very easily and looks very beat up already from two months of use. I've the Galaxy S for two years it looks and works better than the S3. The back case is very cheap and does not close very well. Verizon agreed to send me a like new refurbished new phone but that is not what I bought two months ago. I have always been an Android user but I am starting to change my mind. iphone?

I guess not all news regarding the Samsung Galaxy S III is good news. According to a few reports, the flagship device is experiencing some build quality issues related to its casing. When the phone was first introduced it was reported that the first batch of Pebble Blue cases had a slew of about 600,000 that needed to be destroyed due to faults in the manufacturing process leaving aesthetic flaws. Apparently, there are some other issues cropping up with the device. Several users around the web are reporting small cracks showing up on the back case in various places, from around the camera to the side. Supposedly, this is not due to mishandling either. The cracks just started forming for these users after normal daily use and no drops.
While it's far too early to tell if this is a systemic problem with the overall design of the cases, it is still worth reporting, just in case it is something that Samsung needs to investigate further. More than likely this could simply fall under the normal margin of error for the manufacture of any product. Sound off in the forums if you are seeing this same problem.

I am interested in how many people are happy over those having issues, as such threads are often heavily weighed in one favor of point.
I do hope you remain happy I own an iPhone 4s, got on release day last year, and within a few month the plastic bezel had a chip even when in a Belkin case!, and recently a crack on the rear glass and I baby my equipment! I have a first gen iPad 16GB Wifi which is immaculate and still has it's box!
