Scrollable live wallpaper??

How do I get my live wallpaper to pan when I'm scrolling across homescreens??

I'm not completely sure, not being a technician, but I think that's a function of the wallpaper itself. I've had live wallpaper in the past on some of my phones and if I recall there was a wallpaper setting that allowed the wallpaper to pan as you were scrolling through your screens. See if you can find settings for the wallpaper and check to see if that feature is available.
