I actually had to do a reset in the end. I know that sounds extreme but everything was backed up on Google so as soon as I'd done it, it was easy (and quick) to get it back to how it was before....and not nearly as scary as I was expecting
I'm sure it could have been done in an easier way but this did the trick for me. Since I've only had the phone a week it wasn't such a big deal.
It's also possible that nothing you actually did caused the fault and it just glitched. So don't beat yourself up and I'm glad you found the reset so user-friendly!
That makes me feel better. Thanks
Trying to use less data..... Yeah okay
I'm trying to use as much as I can!! Data data data!!! I've used 2gb of data since the 9th. Not as much as expected but I'm trying!!!!

Not everyone has unlimited data, May.
This is true. Then there are some of us can't live without unlimited! I've used 4.65gb from the 10th to the 15th!
Funny thing is, the wife was in Verizon store Friday and the sales lady tried getting her to switching to a Share plan!! What an idiot in thinking we would both give up our unlimited data plans for a share everything plan. The wife just laughed and said, thanks but no thanks. The sales lady insisted on giving her her business card and a share everything pamphlet! lol
