    Outlook 2010 ~ S3 calendar stops sync at 10% Loading the change history.......

    This has worked fine for some years, syncing my Outlook 2010 calendar with my S3. I have imported into the S3 a load of upcoming appointments as I have done in the past and found I had left a mapping field out. I deleted all of them from my S3 and from the calendar 'List' in Outlook.
    I re-imported then into Outlook as CSV and all mapped correctly and all showed up.

    I then connected the S3 via Smart Switch and tried to sync with Outlook. The sync started then at 10% stopped. I have tried most things, rebooted the PC, took out the battery in the S3, re-did the CSV file and tried another import sync, still froze at 10%.

    Any suggestions as to how to fix it? I do not really want to do a reset or restore if I can avoid it and do not know if that would fix it anyway...

    Hope someone can come to my rescue!

    How long was it froze at 10%.? How many appointments are you trying to sync as far as timeline? Are there any pending updates for the phone.?

    Thanks for the reply.
    There are 105 appointments (Actually they are dates of bowling matches) going from 01/04/2018 or 1st April 2018 to 7th April 2019. Smart Switch seemed to get to 10% quite quickly and about 3 min later was still at 10%, I am sure never taken that long before.

    I have imported this CSV file to Outlook 2010 and transferred it to my phone about 2 weeks ago. However I had not included whether they were home or away matches so needed to remove them and transfer them correctly. In Outlook I viewed as a list and deleted them all. On the S3 I deleted the same entries using the list delete function. In Outlook I then re imported with the right info. In Outlook all was fine.
    I then attempted the Smart Switch Outlook Sync, popped out for a couple of minutes and on return saw a message about sending an error report from Smart Switch. I then shut down and rebooted and tried again, this is where I came up against the 10% problem.

    Not sure what my best options are here. Any help is appreciated.

    Unfortunately I've never used smart sync to sync my calender. Seems I've read about apps people use they prefer much better to sync with their Google calendar which can be set to sync with Samsung also if that's the one you are using.

    Is there a way to copy or sync to a Gmail calendar? Might do it that way.
