Problems getting facebook to work on Galaxy...

Anybody know how to make Facebook work on the Samsung Galaxy S3. I have downloaded the APP and keep getting locked out of my facebook account. The same password works on all of my compyters, but as soon as I try to log-in on the Galaxy it locks out my account. Tired of having to change my Facebook password. Have had to change the password 10 times so far. Followed the steps on various forums to download and install the Facebook APP correctly, but keep getting the same results. Seriously thinking of returning the phone. Can log into Facebook on my son's I-Phone with no problems whatsoever. Mahalo

Sorry that you're thinking of returning the phone cause you can't get to fb. It is a great phone and with a bit of patience im sure we can work this out. With the fb app. Make sure you're entering the correct email. Be careful with caps and such. Same with your password. The keyboard has a tendency to go into caps when you go to the next line. Also since you are new to the phone make sure you're typing correctly. I had a touch screen before this but coming to this phone I had to adjust my typing style a bit. I used to type everything wrong. Also the keyboard has that predictions text. So make sure it's not entering a prediction causing you to enter incorrectly..

Seems like a strange reason to return a phone, but to each there own. I can certainly understand if it's your most used feature. My wife has no problem using the Facebook app on her S3, but I do know others have had problems. Try what May suggested, and/or try Friendcaster, others have had great results with that FB app.

I am a Facebook user and have no problems at all with this app. One thing is to check on your computer to see if you have an option in FB settings for being notified if there is a login from other devices. That caused me a problem once. You can also try clearing the cache.

Until you get the problem worked out, you can get on FB from your browser. They have a mobile site that looks exactly like the app.

I'm another that's never had a issue with Facebook working on my S3, I use it a fair bit too. Hope you get it sorted out.
