Battery pull??

Is a battery pull ok? What are the con's? Was debating on doing it bc my screen still says service unavailable when I check for system update.

I've done some reading on this issue and it appears to be across a lot of different Verizon phones, even some on AT&T. Most people are blaming servers, some say not totally the case.
On the upside, I like where it was suggested that the servers were pulled to load up a new update.

You can also try this: Settings > Application Manager > Google Service Framework > Force Stop/Clear Data/Enable.

I have not read anything yet that actually fixes this problem. It just seems to fix its self.

It may just be unavailable. A lot of people checking with the pending JB update, even though it may not be till next month.

Jealous looks from iPhone and razr owners when you remind them the can't remove their batteries.

All kidding aside, battery pull does no harm other than eventually weaken your back cover. On my droid I battery pulled daily. On my storm, I pulled hourly.
