Service unavailable?

When I go to check for system update a screen comes up and says service unavailable? I rebooted also and still doing it anyone see this before?

Can you post a little more info? What carrier? What phone version? Rooted? The update server for your carrier may just be down at the moment....

Lol sorry, how do you post screen shots? Not rooted and I'm using the web not the app for this forum

You would have to load the screen shot onto your PC then upload the image but all we need to know is the phone Version IE International..... and what carrier you have..... Try to restart your phone and see what that does... If that does not do it it I would still guess it is a server issue since you aren't rooted..... Especially if you can access the web from the phone.

Sorry no PC available, the version is not international, my carrier is Verizon Wireless, I'm guessing it's just a server issue bc I can access Web no problem as I'm using it to write this right now.

Go to your about phone page. Tell us what your baseband says. We can tell you whether you need an update or not.

There is no official update for your build. There is, however, a leak for a newer version.

I to have been getting the same message for the last week...when you click on software update then check for new get a message that says service unavailable to check for system updates, go to Settings)About device when service is available...Glad I am not the only one.
