messaging issue

Hallo and i apologize if this is not the section where i supose to post this.
I recently bought my s3 from three uk and transfered my previous number on the current carrier.The problem is that i receive messages on the old carrier with the sim saying no service since the number was transfered and not on the current one .If any can suggest what to do please post.Thank you!!

Have you contacted your carrier?

sent them an e-mail

You most likely have the wrong carrier routing number. Your carrier can give you the correct one.
