Have read many of the articles..currently have PDAnet 3.5 and Foxfi on my S3, but recently bought a wi-fi Xoom (very happy with this).
I'd like to wirelessly OR USB tether.
The Xoom just updated to Jelly Bean last night..heard there were problems.
I also have easy tether, which usually works well with my laptop.

Here's what I need: a cable to connect the Xoom and the S3 together
Software that works.
