Headset problem.

Hi all,

I got galaxy s3 with orginal (boxed) headset.

I can't receive call with headset. Pushing the button doesn't receive calls. Holding the button discard calls. So, the button is working beacuse it start and stops music.

Sometimes when the phone is ringin and i accept the call i receive the call with the phone and during the call (without pushing any button) it ends call.

If i'll have time i will make a video of it and publish on youtube.

Any helping idea?

possible idea is the jack isnt all the way connected into the phone?
