audio files ... big problem!

Hi everyone,

I am having an annoying issue with my galaxy s3, when I transfer audio files on my phone, they seem to get corrupted somehow so I can't play them or they jump couple of sec forward etc. I tried different formats mp3, m4a, wma. I also used Samsung Kies app. Has anyone had a similar problem??? I'm begging for help ;(

Have you tried transferring them via USB cable?

Yes USB would make more sense.

It could indicate an issue with the transfer method currently being used.

It happened to me. So frustrating! I use google play so I ended up resyncing my music and it really helped. I still have a couple albums that do this but think it may have been a problem with my actual download.

how did you resync ur music. sorry Im really a newbie


and yes I do use usb cable,however somebody suggested me i should take out the ext mem card and use card reader to copy music. i shall try that

I use google music to do all the syncing. Once you choose a file it will resync everything. Sorry it took so long just saw this!

HOpe you're problem is solved.

I did want to mention that I use Tapeatalk to take notes when I'm taking pictures or listening to a presentation that doesn't require images. I found I couldn't play back the wav files and looked for a wav file player spp, which solved the problem. To hear back the files I have to go into My Files to find them.

Strangly, I just went to look for the app, Winamp, and it's not in my apps or widgets collection.
