    T-Mobile users please read!!!!

A while ago I posted about my 2 s3 phones not being able to go into roaming. In roaming areas the phones fail to register on any other network, while an older Samsung flip phone roams on att no problem.

1 s3 had been exchanged for a brand new 1 and still the problem remains. I have been dealing with T-Mobile to get the issue resolved with no luck.

I need your help! Please try to connect to att towers in your areas manually and please post the result.

To connect settings> more> mobile networks> network operators> when you select network operators it should start searching and show a list of networks available. If att is listed please select and post if you were able to connect and make a call or not.

I drive a little over 1260 miles every other month to get my son. Majority of the way att is a provider while T-Mobile is not. And since I can't roam the phone is useless. Getting stranded with a 2 year old is a big fear of mine and the reason I have a cell phone. Explaining all this to T-Mobile has gotten me no where and a basic attitude of "deal with it out pay 200 to cancel"

I need to find out if me and my brother really are the ones with this issue. Thank you!

Try contacting Sammy and let them know your issue and TMO is of no help. Perhaps there is a hidden setting they can help you with. Just a thought.

Thanks for the reply. Going to call them in the morning and see what they can come up with. Called T-Mobile today to check the status of the ticket......all of the sudden there isn't one. So I'm done dealing with them about it lol
