More S-Voice wierdness

Anyone else having issues with S-Voice where it just stops listening?
New S3, stock, no Launcher/root/other tom foolery.
S-Voiceworks 2-3-4 times and then all I get is "I didn't catch that" or whatever and the voice prompts stop even though the icon shows enabled.
Restart leads to rinse/repeat.
Its decent when it works, it just doesn't seem to work consistently.
Thought, comments, flames?

I find when that happens I usually have my finger over the microphone hole.

I'm not too big on s-voice. It definitely has potential but its not all the way there yet. Sometimes it just take forever for a simple reply

^^ that's normally network congestion or bad signal; at least in my experience.

I found it utterly useless, so I disabled it on my phone. (Unfortunately, none of the other voice-dial or voice-search apps seem to work for what I need, either.)

I wish it were that simple, and I did givei t a try. Still the same old thing. The odd part is that even if SVoice is on the fritz I can unlock the phone with a "Hi Galaxy"

I've been trying to unlock it by saying hi galaxy. It worked once and that was it. Frustrating!

I got tired of saying, "Wake up Galaxy" so shut mine off also. As stated above, good idea but not quite there yet.
