More S-Voice wierdness

I've been trying to unlock it by saying hi galaxy. It worked once and that was it. Frustrating!

My s-voice just stopped talking...I get the text part but no voice

Is the volume turned off or anything?

Or did the little face button with the ))) coming out of it get pressed and the voice prompt disabled?

No settings are fine...its hit or miss with it today though sometimes the voice is a weird man voice or regular female voice or most times no voice...it hears the commands though except the Hi galaxy.

Siri has good recognition but its relevancy as far as usefulness is questionable And I find the voice grating. Now Google Now, when running on JB proper... is a whole other ball game. Mostly as it offers so much more than just voice assistant capabilities. But even then the voice assistant is miles ahead of S-Voice / Siri

I recently flashed google now to my s3 and I liked it. Definitely better than s-voice I feel it has more potential

I have google now in bean's rom.. Just dabbled with it but not the voice input.

Is there a different theme for it besides burn-your-eyeballs white plus a cartoon mountain?

Mountain is actually based on your area. That changes depending on your local, and at night it changes to night scenes, etc.

As far as themes there's an inverted one (so black background) you just gotta flash it. Its not built in.
