    Anycut is not needed it can all be done via SQLite editor (I just found the second value while fussing around)

    Setting storage -> settings.db -> system -> line 376 (wifi_offload_monitoring) change value 1 to 0

    Re read the file structure you do. Setting storage -> settings.db -> system

    Actually my entire system looks different. The first step worked perfectly
