
Haha i hear ya, Adfree was the first thing i did. And it's all good with the adb issue for now as you are right, there's really no need for CWM at the moment. Now to try and figure out how to get wifi tether to work![]()
It works, you just need the right version of the app. As in, get it from the Google code source, not the Play Store.

Done. Launched TiBU and asked for root access. Yay! That a lot easier than root on the DX in the early days (before 1-click).
Now to figure out CWM.
Done! I'm in CWM recovery. Now to make a nandroid and then have fun.

After you have used ADB to put CWM on the phone, then just power the phone off, unplug, and rebot into recover using vol-up, home, and power.
I couldn't get adb to work, i kept getting a no device error. You need to use it when the phone is on and you open a command prompt where adb is installed on your computer, right?
