Ok - I am ready to flash right now, but everytime I reboot into recovery it goes to stock recovery. So I flash a new recovery. And it's all good... till I try to reboot into recovery again, and its stock. I tried CWM, TWRP - both only work for one boot.
So I did some searching. I found that some file called "recover-from-boot" something or another. It says I need to delete this file through root explorer. Well, luckily I bought that way back when, so I redownloaded it and tried and it says its a read only file - WAIT! Keep reading... So I DID try mounting as RW, but it still wont let me delete the file.
Can anyone help me? I want to flash right now - but I think this might cause me some issues... unless I can install gapps and such through stock recovery AFTER I flash - is that even possible through stock recovery?
I am ANXIOUSLY awaiting your assistance
Take care,
Rob
