1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down to Security
3. Go to Lock screen options
4. Click Shortcuts and there you'll be able to add/delete or swap out shortcuts on the lockscreen

Been trying to figure out how to get rid of the lockscreen shortcuts altogether and finally figured it out by accident. Changed my lockscreen wallpaper to a picture I took earlier and bam, their gone.
I wasn't able to delete them completely per the instructions in the OP, but this worked. Maybe I just didn't find the right settings?
Update: I could turn them off completely or have them all there, but couldn't figure out how to just have one it two. I'll keep messing with it and see what I find out. I like the clean look though so I'll leave it as is for now.
