I think a simple call back to them explaining your new development (impaired typing and erratic responsiveness to touch) should be enough to push your claim through.

Try them again. Like I said earlier, these cracks have been known to propagate quickly.

Yeah. I'm going to call on my lunch break. All joking aside, every time i pull my notifications down, i feel that crack so it's already getting worse since I couldn't feel anything yesterday.

So I'm getting my new phone tomorrow and it was $99. I really hated spending that moolah, but at least I'll know i have a working phone when i go out of town next week. Thanks for the support everyone!

If you don't like your commuter, check out the belkin tpu case in Verizon or super target. Verizon has a blue to match blue and white to match white. Looks like there is no case on it and you really get used to the added bulk since its minimal.

I've dropped mine about 10 times, all different ways.. No damage.

I will check it out. I don't mind the commuter case, i just really like the smooth feel of just the phone. I never put my droid or iphone in a case. Droid faired pretty well, iphone cracked the day before my contract expired. Trying to hide this latest breakage from my fiancé as he has repeatedly told me over the last week that i need to put my case on before i drop it
