Just to keep this thread moving on. Can anyone show me where to install the live wallpaper from the S2 that shows the weather with a beach scene. Would like that on my S3 instead of the windmill weather one.

I would go through all of your folders just to verify but it sounds like you may have deleted the wallpaper from the gallery... My guess would be the only way to retrieve it would be to mount the system and retrieve it from the system from within the phone.... I would go into detail but if you aren't sure how to do this then you may not want to mess with it... You may be better off to post a screen shot of the wallpaper and see if maybe someone else has it they can share... Getting into the system of the phone is just like tinkering within the registry on a computer....

Miller, you were right... you did find the picture, but it is very low res. so, difficult to use.

Only , if you can be kind enough to explain in simple, simple words... what is IN-FU-RIA-TING is that the blasted thing is not lost !! IT IS in my S2, only I do not know where.

JeanLouis, I'm not sure if the s2 can do a screen shot. If it can, make a blank homescreen page (no icons), screen shot it, and Viola! Now u have ur screen saver.

Thanks, brucebanner. I had the same thought, and it worked, but admittedly the resolution of a screenshot is poor, which is why I am keen to get my hands on the original pic, which must be of a better res.

It is a game, really, I do not NEED this pic, but I know that the original is lurking somewhere , in the www, and my Life Principle is: if it CAN be done, DO IT.
