how to disable/limit apps running in the task manager?

I'm using "Go" l launcher and Go task manager and I notice that there's a slew of apps running titled "central process" and "general process". While I can manually force stop them them often return right to run when I reopen the task manager. They're often apps that I dont give a care to have running in the background.

Do the apps in question have push enabled? Like email, Facebook, etc?

No I just don't know how to disable them

Can you list them? Usually, the only way to prevent them is by rooting and forbidding them system access (freezing).

They very from any random app like facebook to pinterest

Well I would imagine Facebook and Pinterest would be checking the internet for updates and such.

If you want to control back grounding then navigate to Settings, Developer Options. Scroll down to the bottom and select Limit Background Processes and adjust it to your needs.

I'm not sure if this will effect most apps that hook into the background, but you can test it out. I think it mainly pertains to apps you have launched and not properly exited out of.
