Kies Air wont connect

Hi guys Back again with another mystery

I have downloaded the Kies Air app and opened it in the Internet browser on my PC. I typed the correct URL in the browser's address bar (Both the phone and PC are connected to the same wifi) but after a couple of minutes the PC tells me that the page is unresponsive. This has happened for some couple of weeks now. When I fist set it up three or four weeks ago it worked ! Any ideas anyone? Please?
