Do you use a history/cache cleaner?

So I know I have a ton of memory on my phone, 32 internal and 64 external, but I wanted to try and manage files and memory better then I did on my X. I use astro and diskusage to manage stuff. Wondering if I should install a cache cleaner and or what else I could do?

I don't know if they are necessary but I use Fast Reboot. On my Nexus 7, which is rooted, I use CacheCleaner NG.

I used SD maid the other day to clean up orphaned (uninstalled) leftovers. Not too bad and free but you need to be rooted to get full functionally

I use Fast Reboot on my Tab, but haven't been using anything on my SGS III.

Ive got 32 internal and just recieved my 64micro today in the mail (not bad for about $55).
So might not need anything for a while hahahaha

2GB of RAM doesn't hurt either on the slowing down

Im going to check out SD Maid though, seems pretty slick
Sent from my Galaxy S of the 3rd variety.
