SetCPU..settings?

I just downloaded SetCPU. What is the best setting to get the most out of the phone without burning out the CPU?

Does your kernel support overclocking?

This is really dependant upon each individual phone as some phones can stress better than others.

Try out a few settings for a couple of days to see how your phone reacts. Do not enable "Set on boot" until you are positive that your phone can handle the load. If it is enabled and your phone can't take it then you will get stuck in a boot loop. Try creating profiles of screen on and screen off instead to test with a minimum at screen off and a maximum at screen on.

Noob question, how do I get a kernel that supports over clocking?

You will need to root your phone nd install a custom ROM. Most support overclocking.
